We have provided services for over 15 years and are a respected member of the Community Living family in Victoria. Our services include goal-focused community inclusion support as well as supported living outreach for participants who live independently.
Community Inclusion Programs
Wellspring is all about creating a community where everyone is welcome, heard, and appreciated. We offer personalized programs tailored to the communication, mobility, and emotional needs of our participants, with particular focus on supporting individuals to be as active and engaged in the community as they would like to be.
Supported Independent Living
The focus of Wellspring’s Independent Living program is to assist individuals to develop their own personalized plans that support the learning of new life skills and improve their quality of life. We offer support for shopping and meal preparation, budgeting, peer support, accessing other community support services, enhancing social skills, and engaging in community activities.
